About the Area
Our townhouse is close to Robina shopping centre, the bus stop is out the front of the complex and there is a private school and a public school within walking distance as well as a public hospital and train station. The complex has a swimming pool and barbecue area. We also have the beach 20 min drive away.

Clean and tidy bedroom and bathroom as well as cleaning up dishes and food items. No guests allowed aside from 1 other person. No parties or loud music. The visitors car park facility must be used and all bodycorp rules adhered to.

June is an extremely welcoming, kind, tolerant, hospitable person, the granny flat is quiet, light and airy. The apartment is in a block of condos well planted with trees and monitored by cameras--not that it's necessary bcs the neighbourhood is quiet. The unit is located a few steps from the city bus stop. Robina Town Centre is 5 mins away, Broadbeach and Pacific Fair shops 15 mins., as well as the beach. By bus, many beaches are easily accessible. Shops in Mudgereeba are 15 minutes' walk. A large grassy vacant lot is adjacent, with waterfowl in a creek. June shares her kitchen with her tenant, and the kitchen is clean and organized with all modcons. She also shares the washing machine. Her small dog and large cat are members of the family. The tenant has a private large bathroom, with tub and shower. Definitely a top place to stay.

I had a brilliant time staying with June. I stayed for 20 nights and the time flew past. June is a funny, friendly & wonderful person and I would now consider June my friend. June has a dog and a cat both are very friendly clean and tidy. Staying in the house felt like being at home. There is a ceiling fan in the bedrooms which is very handy for the hot evenings, the house also has air conditioning, there are 3 bathrooms (2 for guests) in the house which is very handy. The area June stays in also has a lovely pool area. There is a bus stop opposite the complex which runs every hour right into broadbeach I used this every day.
I had a lovely holiday in Gold Coast during the Commonwealth Games and would say a large part of the reason was being able to come home to this relaxed atmosphere every day. Thank you JuneMarch 2018

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
