About the Homestay
We have a two-storey home with a "resort" lifestyle appeal, close to all amenities. We are walking distance close to university and village shops and transport are accessible.
We are busy, sociable people involved in a spiritual community and would be pleased to welcome guests from everywhere, locally and overseas. Respect and understanding is paramount in our attitude in hosting strangers and we expect the same from our guests. We believe strangers could be long-time friends if trust is there.

Our homestay is the perfect location when visiting Milperra. Once you confirm your booking you will get an email with our complete address so you won't have any problems finding us.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

We are a family who values peace and security and cleanliness in the home, and welcome guests who do the same. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over, just agree it with me in advance. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home.
• Payment Method: To hold your room, we require our guests to pay to us in advance 50% of the total booking via PayPal (apart from the 15% deposit paid directly to Homestay.com).
• Cancellation Policy: Guests to give us at least 7 days notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
The room rate includes the following services: free Wi-fi/ internet access. Meals can be provided at a cost.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
Lilia, Reuben and Jeremy are really nice and friendly! They treat me as a family member. They are also helpful and strive to provide what I need. The accommodation is enjoyable and comfortable, you can fully relax yourself during your stay. I highly recommend this homestay to everyone! Staying with lilia for a couple of days made our trip to Sydney very stress-free and worthwhile. The house was really quiet and presentable and the hosts are very accommodating
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
