Located between Monash Clayton and Deakin universities and built when Mount Waverly was originally developed from farmland the original 150 feet gum trees fill the front garden. A two minute walk takes you to a creek and nature walk behind the property. Shops , cafe and train station walking distance and buses from the front door
The house is eclectic with large windows in all rooms drawing you to be part of the environment.
Situated between Monash and Deakin Universities, A train to the city is in walking distance as is a shopping complex for necessities or a meal. I have been hosting students for 5 years. There are 3 bedrooms. A large lounge dining leads out the the backyard entertaining area. i am a counselor with an interest in comparative religions. In summer you might find I have erected my teepee in the garden. I love cooking from all cultures although I am vegetarian.

About the Area
This house is in a safe area surrounded by lots of schools colleges and universities , public transport going in every direction to support this minutes from the house. Easy transport to Chadstone shopping centre as well as others.The local shops have restaurants, take aways supermarkets etc. you can walk to. A golf club is across the road. This is a green water catchment area so there are lots of trees, walks and kookaburras to tell you its sunrise.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
