The Home is absolutely HUGE! - with three stories, all levels have a 12m wide frontal view facing the River.
The ENTIRE Ground level of the Home is for your personal use, which is fully self-contained.

-Huge Master Lounge Room (32 m2) with couches seating 5 people, looking out onto the River, with 42" TV
-Adjoining 10-seat Formal Dining area overlooking the River

Guests will also have private & "exclusive use" of a monster-sized Balcony on the 1st Floor (1 level above the Ground Floor) directly overlooking the River - 11m wide, 4m high, offering totally unobstructed River views.
Outdoor Table & Chairs are ready on your private Balcony approx 30m above the River itself - the feeling is amazing being so high, yet private!
Your Balcony can be accessed directly from your kitchen – so indoor/outdoor living is super easy. Gas BBQ also ready to go also!
The kitchen is fabulous and huge - a chef's delight!
Includes: gas hotplate, electric oven, twin fridge/freezer combo, & a new dishwasher.
Guests will also have their your own private, full-sized fridge & freezer.
A new washing machine is in the adjacent laundry
New gas hot water tank also, so long showers are all ok!
2 quality bicycles free to use by Guests .....ride off to explore Fremantle, Cottesloe or Perth itself.

I live part-time on the 3rd level of the Home, TWO levels above Guests on the Ground level, thus providing significant & genuine privacy for Guests.
I have my own facilities, plus there are 3 different entrances to the Home, so absolutely zero intrusion on Guests.
Home was mostly built by myself personally (see pictures) – so it is very special to me. Enormous blood & effort in the 5 year project! - so due respect appreciated.
NON smokers only.
NO parties or events.

The home environment is very private & super relaxed, given the location & design.

About the Area
Home is directly on the River Waterfront with uninterrupted views of the River from all three levels - plus Ocean & Sunset views out over the Beach from the top level – the best of both worlds!
Great swimming in calm waters of the Swan River in Rocky Bay, directly in front of the home - river water is very fresh here as the Home is near Freo & the Ocean.
Dolphins often out in the bay whist you are having breakfast!
5 minute walk to calm waters of LEIGHTON BEACH – where dogs are allowed, with glorious daily Sunset views from the beach out over the Indian Ocean.
10 minute walk to North Fremantle's "hipster foodie enclave" - as recently described in the national newspaper - Propeller & Habitue Restaurants, Mrs Brown Bar, Short Black Sheep Cafe, Old Bridge Cellars, This Little Piggy Food Co, Flipside Burgers & Mojo's Live Music Club.

We love Pets, but please do request in advance & prior to booking.
Note that all persons staying in the home will incur a cost per person over and above the base price, which is set around two people staying only. This includes babies and toddlers.
Guests will be required to provide ID and sign our standard rental agreement, which incorporates these home rules and the home details as per the listing.
Please note that use of the home is limited to people that are directly part of the booking. It is possible to provide some exceptions on this for family and close friends visiting, but please do ask in advance of a booking. Given the home is in a premium location, we simply need to be respectful towards our neighbours re any potential disturbances.
All bookings are made on the basis that there will be no refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. On booking a deposit pre-payment of 50% of the booking amount is required.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
