We live in a suburb 10 kms from the CBD, and 6 kms to the beahc; we are close to the freeway and there is public transport only 5 mins walk down the street. We live opposite a lovely park and pond that is perfect for someone wanting to do exercise. I have a 12 year daughter and two dogs (no hair), they are loving and like lots of attention.
The house is a 5 x bedroom, 2 x bathroom home, with a pool. I am offering long term accommodation due to only girls in the house we request only females to live with us. I have lived in both Vietnam and Thailand for nearly 10 years so have great affiliation to the culture and foods and visit there often. I am a full time working mum and very busy yet on weekends I am very happy to show someone around or they can always come with us where ever and whatever we are doing. The right person will love us and our home. Breakfast is included as is the odd meal if cooking for everyone.

About the Area
Our house is in a secluded estate that has only one access to it. We are the only house in our section opposite the park/pond. In summer the pond dries up yet when there is water in it there are different types of birds living there; ducks, swans, guinea fowl, ibis etc, even the odd tortoise. Our neighbors are all lovely and our children all play together in the neighborhood, so at any one time we can have 3 kids in the house or none. Although it is a relatively quiet house. The bus stop is around the corner and the freeway 2 blocks away. We live close to a major shopping center; Karrinyup, and it only takes 12 mins to the drive to the beach. The city is only 12 kms and with no traffic, it will take anywhere between 10-15 mins.

House Rules
Preferably no smoking, and no overnight stays, yet friends welcome at other times. I am pretty easy yet would expect someone to clean up after themselves and help if required if needed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
