This was the worst place ever for me to stay. It is a dirty house, the kitchen you could not use because everything was sticky and filthy and the fridge was moulded with food inside and out.
There is nobody that cleans anything up. The backyard was a junkyard full of rubbish and the furniture in the rooms are wrecked and worn out. The living room was full of computer rubbish and so much dust and everywhere in the house, in my room too, lots of cobwebs.Titin does not care at all about her houses. She only comes around to collect the money. This is what really upset me. After an oddysee over 3 hours to reach the place after landing because the instructions on the internet from her were not correct and didn't help at all, she asked me straight away for the money for the first week, this was alright for me, I gave her two weeks rent in advance. Two days later she came along and after I had a look at the place at daylight I was shocked and wanted to run out, she wanted the full rent for the month. I told her, I am leaving on the 24th and for the last week I offered her a compensation over 150,-- Austr.Dollars. But as nothing had changed I left her house on the 18th (I really couldn't stay any longer) and asked her to give me some money back, because I left earlier and I know she rented it from then on to someone else, so she had no loss, she denied.
Please do not recommend this place to anybody. It is not worth it at all.
If you need evidence, I made a lot of photos.

Karin was a guest that i treat like a friend as she was about my age and she came from germany where my husband's family lives so i offered her the master bedroom which was empty because the renter was on holiday so much better than her original booking which was 2 single bed room. Also i didn't ask her the whole booking fee which was supposed to be done when she arrived because i trusted her.
I know that she planned to go earlier so i don't think it is the condition of the house or anything. I have been very flexible with only charging her 150 for the last week of her contract where she should have paid 300 and she still want some money back even after didn't pay the whole contract. Anyway i had done my best. I only rent a room not the whole house so she shouldn't comment on the computers in the computer room.

Living with their family with two good dogs are great experience for me on Australia. I do recommend for staying at the house.
