I live in a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house in beautiful suburb, South of Perth with a spacious living room and a large kitchen and dining area beside it.
A nice bright patio with a beautiful garden that is perfect for bar-b-ques in the summer time. I have a small friendly pet dog and loads of hospitality to share with you. The house is located in a beautiful suburb that is walking distance to Murdoch Uni, 2 hospitals, Police station, and Public Transport (buses and train).

About the Area
My house is located on the south side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. I am 10 km from the city centre and 30 minutes drive from the airport. The bus and train stations are only 15 minute walk from the house and also the bus stop is 3 minute from the house. And to visit Fremantle there are lots of bus options using this stop. Fremantle is 8 km from the house only 15 minute drive and has trendy cafes, bars and restaurants as well some specialist shops, markets in the week-ends and Beach and Cinema, Library,Museum.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
