This home is located in the Saltwater Coast Estate in Point Cook. We are close to Victoria Uni Werribee campus and have a bus stop at our doorstep which only takes 5 mins to get to Williams Landing train station. We are 5 mins from major shopping precincts in Point Cook, Werribee and hoppers crossing. Minimum 1 week stay

About the Area
We have a bus stop on our door step which takes you to Williams Landing train station in 5 mins and is only 15 mins to the city by train. We also have access to the lifestyle centre which has a gym, tennis courts, swimming pool and jacuzzi. We have the Sanctuary lakes shopping centre and Point cook town centre which is 5 mins by bus. Here you will find Aldi, coles, woolworths, kmart and target and other shops.

No pets
Free wifi but no large downloads
No parties or loud noise after 9pm as there are people that have to start really in the morning.
Gym fob key- if lost there is a $80 charge to replace/ house key- $30
Please switch off electricity in the room and bathroom before leaving the house.
Please no cooking after 9pm.
Please clean up after yourselves once finish eating or drinking.
Please limit washing machine use to once a week in the evenings only.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
