Experienced Homestay family with mother and father who work. They have hosted many students who love to come back and visit because of their warm hospitality. Our family lives within 100 metres of eachother and the Homestay brother is an English teacher and visits often. They also have grandchildren who come to visit and love to help you practise your English. If you want a quiet and safe place to study then this is the house for you. The Homestay parents are there to help you settle into life In Australia but they are also happy to leave you in privacy to concentrate on your studies. There are 2 student rooms so hopefully you have some company of a similar age or interest. Or if you bring a friend you can both live together! We will ask you to try to practise your English though as that is one of the best parts of Homestay!
Breakfast can be included. Toast, cereal, fruit, juice, tea & coffee. Lunch and dinner avail for an additional fee. Homestay family happy to take you to the supermarket each week to help also.
If you like outdoors then there is a park just at the end of the street with a duck pond and bbq area. Often the family go on bike rides and play cricket or soccer with the grandchildren there or have a bbq dinner. You are welcome to join us!
We also love to go to the beach. So any time we go you can come too! Or we can leave you with a quiet house to study the choice is yours :)

About the Area
Beautifully furnished, clean and tidy with a lovely homely feeling. Walking distance to shops, bus stop, Robina Town centre and close to Varsity Train station. 3km to Bond University and bike available. Pool, with outdoor study area, water features in the house and Bali hut to relax and enjoy. Very friendly and comfortable. Bathroom shared with 1 other student only. Air conditioning in main living area.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
We are a caring Homestay family who respect your privacy. But we ask you to respect our belongings and take care when living in our home. Please speak to us politely and communicate if you are not going be home. Otherwise we will worry about you and if you are lost or safe.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
