Hello there!!
My partner and I are living in the Spring Hill where very close to the city as we have a large house we decided to rent out the downstairs.
We travel a lot and enjoy learning about the history and culture of other countries so we are very excited about being a homestay host ( can't wait to seeing and sharing all we've seen and known and also can't wait to obtain more knowledge of the other culture).

House Rules
**No loud noise or music in the night time.
**Visiting family and friends may stay overnight but with a limit of two nights per week.
**Household members must not make a copy of the house keys without the landlord’s permission.
**No excessive usage of water, electricity and gas and remember to turn off the lights when not using them.
**Please kept clean and tidy. In particular for reasons of hygiene the kitchen and bathroom areas.
**The walls and their paint cannot be damaged by drilling, painting and sticking items directly on to them
**For safety reasons please close and secure all windows and doors if you are the last to leave the house at any time.

- Minimum 2 weeks’ notice.
- Wash all bedding (Manchester) materials
- Return keys
- Please remove all your personal items
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
