I live in beautiful high rise building set in fantastic gardens, minutes from the beach and a short walk to surfers paradise. The apartment has two large bedrooms with en suite bathroom and an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. All rooms open onto the balcony which overlooks one of the outdoor pools and gardens. The balcony has sunbeds and a Bbq.
We also have a gym, indoor pool sauna, steam room and spa.

About the Area
My apartment is located a few minutes walk from the beach and halfway between Southport and surfers paradise. Southport has many language schools and colleges and a large shopping centre. surfers paradise needs no introduction to visitors to the goldcoast. it is a vibrant city located next to the famous beach. transport is great to both (or you can walk). the buses run every few minutes and the new tram will be available soon taking you to the Griiffith university and hospital and Broadbeach in the south. the tram runs through surfers city.

House Rules
I ask guests to respect my apartment and my neighbours right to a peaceful environment by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. I am happy for a friend to visit if you agree it with me first as I work at home often.
As I live in an apartment building, the manager here also has rules in place which must be followed in public areas, these are not difficult to follow and again are designed for our ongoing safety.

Really friendly & accommodating host. A bit like staying with family, just without the stress. Peaceful home in a superb location - not far from tram stops and beachfront. Great facilities on-site.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
