I live in a riverfront unit 5 minute walk to Surfers Paradise and Trams to Griffith University and Gold Coast hospital.
Unit is large 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms fully furnished.
Have available main bedroom that is Available maximum 2 people.
Queen size bed in room.
Study desk and wardrobe.
Great views along the river and Surfers Paradise.
Apartment is on the first level of a 5 level unit block of 24.
Very quiet building as 80 per cent are owners and retired people.
Pool for occupants only.
Free parking around building 24 hours.
Also basement parking available at times for $30 per week.
I have no pets and no children at home.
Close to Gold Coast beaches.
I go Dancing Latin and Cuban Salsa and mainly Argentinian Tango.
We are hospitable people and can advise you places to see and things to do here on the Gold Coast.

Apartment is 5 minute walk to Surfers Paradise central.
Located on first level of building facing the Nerang river.
Bus depot for national transport is 5 minutes and local Trams and buses.
Trams go to Gold Coast Hospital and Griffith University and south to Broadbeach South.
Surfers Paradise is a holiday and night club destination both families and young persons paradise.
Great pubs, cafes , restaurants along with night clubs.
Beautiful clean beaches and Sunny most of the year around. Temperate climate.
A 25 minute drive to Gold Coast airport and 70 minute drive to Brisbane airport.

We have security keys for entry into building and you have your own lockable room.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourselves.
No smoking allowed in apartment.
Body corporate rule is no smoking on balconies either.
Only smoke outside of building .
Please do not invite strangers over into our home, if you want to invite a friend over arrange with us in advance.
Please enjoy your stay with us and treat our apartment as you would your own home.
Please note that we only accept bookings of at least 3 months in length.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
