About the Homestay
Fully furnished Granny flat as well as Lovely modern 2 storey 4 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bathroom house with two spare bedrooms, 1 room has a double bed with dressing table and wardrobe, other room has double bed with desk and walk in robe, share bathroom with toilet, shower and spa bath. Single guest female only as you may be sharing bathroom with my adult daughter. Couples and families welcome. Full use of house, laundry, large open plan kitchen, and 2 family/TV rooms, unlimited WiFi, Foxtel, Nextflix and Stan and WiFi printer available. All surrounded by a very large landscaped 3 level garden with top level for quiet time with fountain Buddha. Includes waterfall plunge pool/heated spa, (40c) we also have a 2 person infared sauna, great for relaxing and detoxing. You will be sharing the house with myself, I am retired, I go to the Gym 5 times per week and spend a lot of time gardening, my 24 year old daughter is a student and my husband. We have a very friendly small dog and two cats.
Great location few minutes walk to bus stop, 10-15 minutes bus or drive to the Harbour Bridge, Opera House and city sights.
Cafe, takeaway, South African speciality groceries and bottle shop around the corner. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants in Lane Cove Village 20 min walk.
Quiet family street with bush reserve across from our house. There is a fantastic new playground and family area at the end of the street. Easy Bus trip to City, Macquarie University and Chatswood Westfield (shopping Mall) which is short distance away.

Really lovely and caring family, I loved the time we shared together. Even if I had to go back to France because of the Covid-19, I spent a wonderful 3 mounths experience across the world thank to Nunziella and her family. They became my second family, that why I recommand them to any guest.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
