You will be right at the beach - this is no back street location - you have found one of the best spots in Bondi - Bondi is the most world famous beach in Australia that is very central to everything.

The main guest room is suitable for one person, has one queen size futon bed, desk, and balcony with table and chairs, room has 2 built ins and overlooks the beach and front garden.

The room is fully furnished with all linen full length balcony that overlooks the beach is upstairs with a bathroom and WC

Downstairs is the lounge dining kitchen and laundry area with another bathroom and WC leading out to the front and back garden with table and chairs to soak up the sun and look out onto the beach.

For a 2nd person there is an extra charge of $50 per night.

This is a shared living situation with myself - I work and lead a busy lifestyle -

This is not a 5 star hotel with room and cleaning service - it is expected we all clean up after ourselves

There are cheaper alternatives for accomodation further from the beach, so don’t ask for any discounts as they are added into already bavk packer equivalent pricing ;)

A bond will need to be paid to secure your stay and full payment is required upon arrival.

The house is in the very exclusive North Bondi area - close to the city, cafes, shops and public transport.

I have a very shy cat who may or may not grace us with his presence during your visit.

I am friendly person who enjoys hosting people from all over the world.

North Bondi is a niche neighbourhood which is quiet and yet lively - it is very popular and you will be staying in the very expensive end of Bondi beach.

You will be in the best location - right at the beach - not a few blocks or kilometres away - and not looking out onto a wall - this is an ideal setting for people who love nature, fresh air and clean water.

Public transport is 2 minutes away with express buses to the centre of Sydney, Watsons Bay, the beautiful Sydney harbour and the Opera House. The train at Bondi Junction goes to the Blue Mountains or anywhere. The buses run every 5-10 minutes.

There is the very popular grassy knoll at your front door and the beach, with cafes at your back door.

Additional Info

I am a quiet considerate person, and enjoy the company of others and also my own. I love the beach and am out a lot of the time in the summer, working, swimming, walking, riding my bike and sailing. I have a shy cat that lives here too.

Two weeks was way too less to explore the beautiful place and the fun multiplied with Zoe's homestay. It was a home away from home, absolutely comfortable with warmth all around. Zoe is an excellent host, she is welcoming and goes that extra mile to make you feel at home. As a mother of 5 years old, I had my own apprehensions about the new place but all was fine the day we landed. The home is well equipped will everything that we needed specially for Indian cooking. It's a neat, clean, spacious & comfortable place to live with your family. Talking about Zoe, she is a very friendly person and her experience and guidance would surely go a long way with us. We are in the process of migrating to Sydney permanently and when the first interaction is so positive you know you have taken the right decision. All thanks to her for everything!!

Zoe’s homestay was the perfect location to explore Bondi Beach. I couldn’t quite believe that I could see Sydney’s most famous beach right outside my window! There’s so much within walking distance as well! The beach itself is less than a minute’s walk away, and there’s even a surf school nearby. And if I wanted to return to central Sydney, there’s a bus stop very near to her house as well. Zoe’s homestay is full of personality and full of opportunity to explore Bondi!

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
