An excellent location just a short walk from one of Sydney's most famous beaches.
Heating, cooling and a coffee machine are just a few of the mod cons which make this a very nice place to stay.
I am happy being the travel guide when time permits and otherwise can provide you with all the information you need to venture out yourselves and enjoy Sydney like a local.
If you would prefer an airport pick up, these can be arranged and I will meet you at the airport. This is an additional cost of $60 one way.

About the Area
Miranda is a suburb in southern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Miranda is located 24 kilometers south of the Sydney central business district. Close to Airport, beaches and 20 minutes to city center. Taxis, railway, buses right in the corner.
Miranda also has a shopping strip, running along The Kingsway and Kiora Road. Numerous commercial developments are also located on these roads and the surrounding streets. A smaller shopping center containing a supermarket and various grocery shops is located nearby in Wandella Road.
Transport available: Miranda train station 4 min walk, several bus service available.
Miranda Westfield located one block away. (Banks, Post Office, etc.)
Local shops right in the corner Coles, Aldi, Chemist, Newsagent Dry Cleaner, Subway, etc.
Seymour Shaw Park few meters away with 8 tennis courts.
Kareena Private Hospital & The Sutherland Hospital located 3 streets away.

Cronulla has a village atmosphere with a car free main street. It has a variety of shops including 2 supermarkets, many cafes and restaurants and lots of great shopping.
A half an hour ferry ride away is the Royal National Park and sleepy town of Bundeena. From here you can do wonderful walks including viewing aboriginal rock carvings.

CHECK IN - OUT: I like to be very flexible with check in and check out times when other reservations allow for it.
Check In is usually from 12 noon onwards.
Check out is usually by 10am.
When availability permits, check in and check out can be as early or as late as you like.
Smoking Rules

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
