Our family house is locating at north shore of Sydney which is well-known for its quietness and safety. Majority of the residence of Gordon are professionals. It has the best primary and secondary schools in Australia. It's only 10 minutes by train to Chatswood and 30 minutes to city . Direct bus to Macquarie University and Mona Vale.
Our house is only 400 meters(around 5 minutes) walk to Gordon train station. Supermarkets, library, post office and police station is just in 5 minutes walk. Nice chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes' walking area.
We have a nice 2 bedroom granny flat at the back of our house, which is less than 2 years old. We now have a large room in our granny flat for rent. You can have your own bathroom but share laundry. We have unlimited internet service which is free for tenant. The room is fully furnished including beddings and simple cooking facilities.

Echo and her family are so nice, friendly and helpful. It's independing house from their main house, new, clean and tranquil, with all facilities including living room and open kitchen. Wifi is strong. Very nice place and garden. It's safe and near train station. Warm feeling here. I would like to express my gratitude towards host family and thanks for proactive help! Very satisfactory and highly recommended to others.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
