About the Homestay
We are a married couple and have a spacious 4 bedroom house in Sans Souci, south of Sydney. It is a 10 minute walk to a sandy beach where swimming, sailing, kite surfing and other water activities are popular. The area is also great for walking, jogging and cycling.
There is a large modern kitchen and family area which opens onto an indoor/outdoor area with a BBQ and plenty of seating overlooking the private garden. There is also wireless internet available for guests.
There are plenty of shops and a wide selection of restaurants and cafes close by. A number of bus routes and a train station are nearby to take visitors to the city and other places of interest.

About the Area
Our house is 18 kms south of Sydney City and 10 minutes drive from Sydney Airport.
A couple of minutes away there are frequent buses to Kogarah Station where you can catch trains to the city which take 25 minutes. There are also direct buses to the University of NSW and Westfields Miranda Fair shopping centre.

My stay at Roslyn and Vik was great, they are amazingly helpful & Roslyn is a very good cook :) highly recommended. They are absolutely sweet, Roslyn took me on a tour of the area in the first couple of days, both really helped me to adjust :)

Their house was clean and lovely place.
Roslyn always helped me then she told me where to go. She took me Opera house and Harbour bridge, I really enjoyed it!! And she made dinner every day it was so delicious.
Victor always said joke made me laugh.
It was really fun assembling the barbecue!
They are very warm and intelligent and kind people.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
