I am a single, easy going, busy professional, who is into yoga and healthy living. Enjoy good food (mostly vegetarian) and great company. I am entrepreneur in holistic education and life style coaching. I am very positive and have created a peaceful environment that is relaxing and conducive to having a healthy, happy life. I have a small quiet Shih' tzu (dog) who is a lot of fun and friendly. We live in a three bedroom home with a lovely well kept garden. Just bring your own towels and stay in this fully furnished rustic house located within a 5 minute walking distance to the shops and transport. You will sleep in a large bedroom with a queen size bed overlooking the garden. (All bedding provided). Your room has a desk/table to study from, bedside tables, wardrobe, set of drawers and your own TV. You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with myself and one other. The garden has a water feature and herb garden (wild Rocket, rosemary, parsley, Basil, thyme) with a lovely out door area for you to relax and enjoy. Look forward to meeting you. Cheers Sue

Our home is located on the Northern Beaches of N.S.W, just a 20 minutes Drive North of Sydney. It is a quiet and safe area that is close to the beaches. We are a 5 Minute walk to the local shopping center and main public transport. We are 25 Km from the airport. Surrounded by cosmopolitan life style that Manly has to offer.

House Rules
Must love animals, clean up after yourself, no smoking. Keep our home locked and secure ensuring all windows and external doors are both closed and locked when leaving. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Please do not invite strangers into our home , if you would like to invite a friend over just check with me in advance. Please enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would your own home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
