Welcome to our 3 bedroom Townhouse. You will enjoy a safe home in a gated resort with swimming pool and tennis court and BBQs. Close to Robina Town Centre and one bus to the beach. We have bikes for you to use with Helmets and Internet.

About the Area
Our townhouse is located in a resort complex and is very safe and quiet. It is a bus ride to Robina Town Centre. And a bike ride of 9 minutes to Bond University. Want to go to beautiful Miami Beach, that is only 1 bus ride away too. We have many walks around the lake with beautiful birds and swans to look at.

Keep your room clean and tidy
No smoking inside
Guests are not allowed in our home
No food to be kept in your room
Quiet time is between 9pm and 5am. Lights off in main areas at 9pm. We get up at 5am
So need to have quiet time from 9pm.
Lights and fans to be turned off when you leave a room
WIFI
If you want to use the wifi after 9am you MUST turn it off after you use it at night.
SHOWER AND BATHROOM
6 minute showers
No showers after 9pm at night, or hairdryers running
Keep your bathroom clean and tidy
Use the shower wiper to clean down glass when you finish shower.
MEALS
Tea and Coffee in the cupboard
Freezer space is limited, so don’t buy a lot of food for the freezer
Fridge space is limited, so please don’t buy a lot of food to try and put it in
Use cupboard space and storage boxes for your food storage.

We will show you how to use the washing machine

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
