The Property is a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.
We have 2 single rooms available for students, travelers and short-term tenants.
Both rooms are furnished with a single bed, bed linen, study table, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe and shelves with the availability of internet.
Our family is diverse and well-traveled and we speak a few languages. We have been hosting students for the last 5 years and enjoy the experience each time.
Our family consist of my husband and me (we both have our own business) and my 3 sons (the older ones are at university and my youngest if finishing year 12). We are active, friendly, easy going and love the outdoors. We are living in West Leederville and it is only 3 km to the city central. The property is also within a walking distance to the Leederville Café Strip. The train station is about a 15 min walk from our home. The bus stop is about 3 min walk and the bus ride to the city would be about 10 mins. The beach is easily accessible from where we are. The suburb itself is an attractive upper middle class suburb. Our home itself is clean and well furnished.
We have a cat who is outside most part of the day.
All the bills are included with nothing more to pay but the weekly rate.

About the Area
Our home is located near to Lake Monger which is a local wild life recreational park and used most by the local residents. The city is only 3 km away from us. Public transport is good and reliable. There are a number of schools teaching English around this area.

Pls keep the room and the house clean at all time.
Bathroom is shared with my sons so we expect our guest to keep it clean as well.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
