Family of 4 in a 6-bedroom house. Man of the house working in the Hospital as a Social Worker, I'm an Agent, at Ria Financial Services, and my son is 35 yrs. old also working at the Hospital, daughter 21 yrs. old studying bachelor's degree in Languages (Japanese) and International Business. A quiet house where you enjoy reading, swimming, and doing stuff around the house or yard for spare time.

About the Area
Our house is located in the West side of the City, 5 to 10 mins walk to Hospital, 2 mins walk to Botanical Garden, 5 to 10 min drive to shopping centre, 7 mins drive to the airport, 5 mins drive to train station. It is a quite and safe area. I worked from home, every now and then I can pick up and drop off.

Arlene and her family are friendly and generous. You feel very welcome and the house mates add to an extended family atmosphere with chats, karaoke, bbqs and shopping outings. The pool and garden surrounds are relaxing and the dogs are always close by for a cuddle. The only set back is the shared bathroom with combined toilet/shower, but there are plans to renovate the space with another shower. I was able to extend my stay significantly while I looked for long term accommodation, and Arlene was always understanding and supportive as I searched for a rental property that would accept pets. Thank you Alene, Paul and family for your hospitality and kindness. From Cherie.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
