Older Guy and his beautiful gentle Border Collie i have only just moved in
The room is a good size included is a Queen Size bed desk, Large built in wardrobe, fan wifi connection.The house has recently been renovated with orginal restored longe room high ceilings bathed in light all day long The adjoining combined Kitchen Dining room is beautifully tiled modern gas cook top and electric over,grill. The Bathroom has also been fully renovated . The back garden is a work in progress i have just added a large 3meter square Gazebo with a BBQ on the way A small garden is about to be brought back from extinction Although i have the only off street parking plenty of on street parking can easily be found and Public transport only meters from the front door to stations 5 minutes away

Newly renovated house in Arncliffe bus stop almost right at the front door which will take you to either Rockdale Station in 5 minutes or Arncliffe in 15 minutes or a short walk 15 minutes to Banksia Station a 15 minutes walk to Bexly shopping centre where a bus can take you to Bexly Railway station in Approx 5minutes from these staions you can quite literally take you to any where in Sydney including the CBD or Airport in just 20minutes

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
