About the Area
* Quick walking-distance to grocery stores, pharmacy etc. (less than a minute walking-distance) - grocery stores (Hofer, Billa, Euro Spar) are open throughout the whole week from 7am to 8pm (except for a few public holidays). It's not common for stores to be open this late, as well as on Sundays, in Austria.
* By public transportation 10-15 min. away from the city center: great restaurants, sight-seeing, night-life.
* Walk to Jungle, Lakes and River for swims around 15min
*Public Pool 10min
*Highway Access less than 5 min
* Have a nice jog or skate along the Traunkanal ( 10min walking-distance)
* Very good public transportation to all directions

No noisy sounds after midnight ( other people including myself have to work :p )
Advance-payment of 100% during booking. Please show proof of transaction copy upon arrival or via email.
!!! Cancellation policy is strict! 50% of the actual whole rent (if whole rent was transferred) which was transferred to host, can be returned, if cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date. 25% of the actual whole rent (if whole rent was transferred) which was transferred to host, can be returned, if cancelled 7-13 or days prior to arrival date !!! NO refund, if guest cancels less than 7 days prior to arrival date.
Homestay fees and other fees etc. will not be refunded from host.
Smoking is allowed in the Kitchen , Garden , and if open all windows even in the Living Room
No Drugs allowed in my House !!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
