This house is owned by my mother, who is currently living in a different city.
Located at the fringes of a small city, next to the forest, it takes only 15 minutes to drive to the next big city, Linz, by car. The train station is also within walking distance.
We have a big garden with fruits and vegetables in summer.
A big tiled stove and fireplace in the middle of our bungalow-like upper floor provide a cozy atmosphere in winter.
The interior design is very authentic, influenced by my mother's artistic talent.
The bedroom for guests was recently furnished in a modern style.
My mother and I love traveling, music and art, sports and healthy food. As a guest you will be treated as part of the family.

About the Area
Our house is located north of the city centre. There is a forest and small river right next to it. The nearest train station is a 15 minutes walk through the river valley. The nearest bus stop is at the end of our street. The neighborhood is safe and quiet at night.

Die Unterkunft in Pregarten liegt sehr nah am Wald mit einer tollen Landschaft mit dem Fluss. Zum Stadtplatz hat man ungefähr 20 Minuten Fußweg. Man hat die Wahl zwischen zwei Zimmern wo man schlafen möchte. Das eine Zimmer ist ganz nah beim Badezimmer und dem Wohnraum mit der Küche. Das zweite Zimmer ist im Sommer kühler da es unten liegt.
Ronja wohnt in dem Haus mit ihrer Mutter und ihrer Oma. Alle drei sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gern für Gespräche oder einen gemeinsamen Spaziergang offen. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich werde sehr wahrscheinlich dort noch mal übernachten wenn ich wieder in Pregarten bin.Host reply

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
