Our home is very near the biggest shopping mall in Bangladesh-Jamuna Fortune Park you can find everything you need inside almost. Another Supper Market named Mehidi within the few blocks. and 10 mins to airport by car if without traffic jam. There the 5 star hospital - Appolo hospital and there are so many top Private University and International School Nearby： NSU(North South University), IUB(Independent University Bangladesh), Dhaka International School, AIUB(American International University Bangladesh), Korean International School etc.

House Rules
1.Only For original Foreigners Especially from China, Japan, Korean,Thai, Europe or North American, Australia, New Zealand, Russia;
2.Smoke Area is in Balcony;
3. Check in time 1pm, check out time 12 noon(Policy is Strictly followed) Extension with extra payment if it is available without any exception.
4.Drugs and Called girls are strictly forbidden.
5. Qualified Booking Application and Passport copy required for booking.
6.Laundry service available @rate of tk50/piece. Underwear and socks are not accepted. Washing basin and washing powder provided for hand washing.
7.Please keep our home secure and lock the front door when entering and leaving the house.
8.salt and cooking gas are free for you;
9.Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please;
10.Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance. Please only talk with your friends in the sitting room not in any bedroom.
11.Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
