Hello, my name is Fatima and I am from Brazil. I've been living in Antwerp for 27 years. I love cooking, Quentin Tarantino movies and Caetano Veloso's music! I live in this house, and I like to share it with other people for short or long time house has two toilets and one shower for everyone to use. We have a large living room where you can relax and watch tv. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are all shared amongst the guests.

About the Area
The house is located very close to the main train station. Also as close to the local train station Berchem. Ten minutes on foot. There are several supermarkets very close to the house. The house is situated less than 300 meters from the region which is called Zurenborg Dageraads place. A place with many restaurants and bars ideal for a delicious Belgian beer.
The parking spots on the street are always paying, except for sundays. The price for every 24hours is 3.5euro. .

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

You can not smoke in the rooms, only on the terrace on the ground floor
If you use the kitchen, you should have all the things you need to cook, such as oil, salt, etc.

Personal clothing should be laundered at an outside laundry facility 300 yards from the house on its own

if you stay for a longer time (one month) you must participate in the cleaning costs of the house with the contribution of 15 euros extra per week to the cleaning lady

Fatima est une personne vraiment très sympa, très gentille et elle fait le nécessaires pour rendre ces invités le plus à l'aise possible, sa maison est vraiment belle et propre, j'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour, tout étais nickel

Fatima is a warm, welcoming, hardworking host who invites travelers like myself into her home, and is most happy to cook a meal, and loves to have a chance to learn about her guests. Her home is filled with guests coming and going, and family who are more than happy to guide and direct you to your destination. The beds were clean, comfortable and the shower had great pressure and hot! Which in my humble opinion is the only kind of shower!
*Fatima is a smoker, so if that’s off putting to you, just tell her, you’d rather not be near smoke.
The home and both rooms I stayed in did not smell of smoke, nor did the two bathrooms I used.
Her home is not brand new, it’s a charming older home...not some sterile hotel.
I enjoyed my time there, and if I return to Belgium, will surely stay again.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
