Leave the bathroom clean behind for other’s.
Avoid a wet wooden floor.
Shower limited to 2 minutes if liked combined with a hot hand-wash onto the washbasin.
Stay with or close to the cooking plate or oven.
Kitchen goods like plates, knives, forks, spoons must stay down.
Move all waste into the ""bin box"" within the kitchen.
Smoking is not allowed.
Well, I don´t have words to describe everything...
From the lack of hygiene, through the attitudes of the owner of the house and ending up in the conditions ... what a disappointment !!!!
I've been staying in this lodging 24 days, paid 25 and as soon as I got another location, I left one day before.
The guests sleep in the same sheets, from previous guests, I would not recommend to anyone.
The kitchen crockery is dirty, coffee does not exist as is mentioned on the website, and I am not to mention breakfast !!!
The owner listens the conversations of the guests, and then confronts them with questions, senseless ... With me, he invented listening words that were never been spoken, he advised me not to use the table where he eats, close the door where is located the fridge etc etc.
He makes my stay becoming a nightmare!!!!
For this price, look for another accommodation !!!

The host basically ignored us for check-in, but turned out to be quite interesting later. The concept of the house is nice, needs some cleaning though. Good budget accommodation with perfect location. Don't expect any friendliness.
The host was very confusing. We had booked for three people and when we arrived he tough we were bokked for two guests. He not even knew that we had booked using Homestay.com. To mention: we were the only guests in the house. Also, he was not friendly. Me and my friends felt like invasors in his house. We did not receive not even a single smile but just judging looks. His communication with the guests is the worst I have ever seen. Bad experience. I do not recommend.
Apartment is situated really close to the city center. Very nice and hospital owner. The room was clean and comfortable. Totally can recommend!

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
