We also know that great communication is the foundation of a great homestay experience, which is why we have launched Video Call to help make it as easy as possible for you to communicate with each other.

This exciting new feature allows you to video call, instant message and voice call with your host before you complete your booking. It offers you an opportunity to break the ice, ask questions face to face, and feel completely comfortable confirming your booking.

How does it work?

Is it available now?

Yes! We have launched Video Call and it is now available to all our guests and our hosts around the world. We understand you and our hosts might not always be online at the same time, so we suggest you schedule a time to call with your host using our instant messaging system.

What's the advantage of using Video Call?

There are lots of great reasons to use Video Call: it allows you to talk to each other before you book and get to know each other a bit, ask questions and feel really comfortable about your next homestay. The host can confidently accept your booking request and you will feel comfortable confirming your booking. On top of that, it's completely free to use!

Do I have to use Video Call?

You don't have to use Video Call but we do recommend you give it a try to find out for yourself how helpful it can be.
