Homestay.com have updated their website to better reflect the changing customer base post-pandemic.
2022 has seen travelers returning with a vengeance and the Homestay market is no different.
The new design reflects the warmth of the Homestay offering where guests can find a “home away from home” with a selection of friendly, accommodating hosts in over 150 countries worldwide.
With an increased emphasis on sustainability in travel, Homestay Managing Director Yvonne Finlay says “There really is nowhere more sustainable than staying in a homestay. Compared to staying in hotels, by booking a homestay you ensure your money stays in the local community and that you get that truly authentic local experience.”
The new website also recognizes the three distinct categories of customers booking Homestays - Students looking for long term stays, adventure travelers looking to stay in local communities and city breakers looking for a cheap alternative to hotels.
Homestay.com are confident of further bookings growth in 2023 after a buoyant 2022 and are well placed to benefit from the trend towards more sustainable travel.
