Between sea and lagoon, ideal for practicing nautical sports and abundant nature, vast presence of birds. The house is spacious, has garden, orchard, barbecue and accommodation is individual. Local commerce meets all needs and can walk. Bicycles in the house for walks. I prepare meals and are made with organic and natural juices. I am also a teacher of languages, French and Italian.

About the Area
Local businesses meet all basic needs 5 minutes walking distance. The sea and the lagoon can also be explored on foot. There are 2 schools with water sports equipment rental, if the guest wants to practice stand up paddle, kite, wind etc ... Praia Seca is located 40mim Arraial do Cabo (capital sub) Cabo Frio route by booking ( 40mim), 20mim Saquarema and 1h and 2h of Buzios Rio de Janeiro. The mountainous region is near 2am and can go spend the day at the waterfalls and rappelling and hiking trails and return the same day.

House Rules
Smoking inside the house is not allowed, but out smoothly! One can make use of the kitchen but must be kept clean after use. Do not invite strangers into the house, bring a friend if you want to warn you before!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
