I live in an area in the center of Balneario Piçarras in Santa Catarina, in a spacious house with 2 bedrooms, large living room and kitchen, recreation area with barbecue, garage for 3-4 cars, 2 minute walk to the beach and 30 km away from the hottest Balneario southern Brazil, Camboriú and the largest theme park in Latin America, Beto Carreiro world, right in the heart of Vale do Itajaí, where Joinville and Blumenau with the way the princes side. Really privileged area for its natural beauty.
I live in the center of Balneario Piçarras in Santa Catarine, south of Brazil, in a very spacious double room house with kitchen and fun area with barbecue, garage for 3 or 4 cars two minuts walk from the beach and 30 km away from the most famous beach of south of Brazil, Balneario Camboriu and the biggest tematic park of south America, Beto Carreiro world.
At the heart of the Itajai Valley, you can find Blumenau and the way of the Princes que compreende Joinville and region, is really a privileged area and with lot of natural beauties.

Located 20 km from Navegantes and its airport and port and 20 km from Itajai, home of the last Volvo Ocean Race. 8 km Penha Beto Carreiro Wold the largest theme park in Latin America and the trendy Balneario de Camboriu. Balneario Picarras is a town of about 20,000 inhabitants, served by good restaurants and a beach very well-kept and beautiful.

When can I share my contact details?
