Our family lives in a house with a beautiful garden, comfortable and very spacious 4 bedroom. The house is 5 minutes from the Pampulha Lagoon. We pantry, dining room and kitchen combined, very spacious, first floor, where you also find a toilet. There is a BBQ area at the bottom, and also finds there without laundry. Already have a large front porch with garden in front. On the second floor we have 3 large and airy rooms, one suite and a further 1 bathroom. Our house is full of works of art and handcrafted pieces. On the third floor there is another bedroom and a kitchen and a terrace, which hardly used. Our neighborhood is very quiet, very near here (in Pampulha) have the Ecological Park and various architectural works of Niemeyer, wonderful. My mother loves making mining a good, healthy food and make delicious homemade cakes and pastries. We like the Brazilian music (MPB) and many plants to brighten the home. I just live here and my parents.

About the Area
Our house is located in the western region of Belo Horizonte, in a quiet and safe area called Castle Manacás relatively new neighborhood in the city. We have a bus line that goes on in our street, right in front of the point home that the easy access to the city center. We bakery, supermarket and restaurants just a few blocks from home.

House Rules
Smoking inside the house is not allowed, but we have many outdoor areas, including covered, is allowed without problems. Be careful to keep the home safe while keeping the double locked doors, lock up and down. Pets are allowed on the first floor. Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean it after using it! Do not invite strangers to come into our house, if you want to invite a friend, combine me before.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
