I live with my family in a large house located in a very quiet cul output in the city of Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil. Neighborhood very well located in the Pampulha region with easy access to Mineirão Pampulha architectural complex and colleges UFMG, ANHAGUERA, UNIFENAS and UEMG. We are 05 blocks from Pampulha Airport where the host may also have quick access to the Confines Airport (access via bus or taxi) I have two dogs and disposal of 06 rooms including 01 access is available for rent by the season (including COPA 2014) or per day. I am retired and take care of the whole administration of the house personally.

About the Area
Our house is located in the region of Pampulha neighborhood, Freedom, 15 minutes walk from Mineirão with quick access to the Pampulha architectural complex, as universities UFMG, Anhanguera, UEMG and Unifenas. We are 05 minutes walk from Pampulha Airport with free access via bus or taxi to the Confines Airport. Our house is served by a number of trades (shops, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks. Cafeterias, shopping malls, restaurants and bars) area. At the corner of the residence, access by public transport to various regions of Belo Horizonte.

House Rules
Smoking inside the house is not allowed. There are reserved areas where smoking is permitted. Pets are not allowed. Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean it after using it. Keep noise to a minimum after 23 pm and before 06 hours of the morning. Do not invite strangers to come into our house if you want to invite a friend, combine me before. Specifically during the 2014 COPA able to serve driver if you ever rent a car, but this service will be charged separately. Enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would treat your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
