Family home in residential neighborhood! We are a young couple have no children but have pets in the area outside the house. Our house has a living room, open kitchen with counter for quick meals, gourmet, half bath, 3 car garage, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and one suite with TV and a bedroom with bunk bed. We are located in a very quiet, close to several bus lines and only 20 minutes from the capital Belo Horizonte center, but offset to enjoy the nightlife is not necessary residential neighborhood because the neighborhood has great choice of bars and restaurants. Our house is only 2 years old, well ventilated and receives enough sunlight. I love cooking and you can enjoy some delicious during your stay. We are happy to welcome you!

About the Area
Our house is located not far from the center, just 20 minutes by car. The bus stop is just 2 minutes walk from the house and there are several bus lines. Is only 5 minutes from supermarkets, banks, post office, coffee shops, shopping, boutiques and bars. We were 30 minutes from Mineirão stadium (Stadium Governor Magalhaes Pinto) which are held regular football matches and important presentations from time to time. Our city Belo Horizonte has been nominated as the metropolis with better quality of life in Latin America and the 45th in the top 100 cities worldwide. It is also nationally known as the "national capital of pubs," for there are more bars per capita than in any other major city in Brazil.

House Rules
Smoking inside the house is not allowed. There is a covered area on the outside of the house in which smoking is permitted. Be careful to keep the house safe with the front gate always locked up and out of the car through the garage wait until the electronic gate is fully closed before leaving. Pets are not allowed inside the house. Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean it after using it, put all the utensils used in the dishwasher! Keep noise to a minimum after midnight. Do not invite strangers to come into our house, if you want to invite a friend, combine me before. Enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would treat your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
