Hi! My name is John and I'm 29 years old. I live with my girlfriend and I speak a little English, Italian and Spanish. We have 3 rooms available for rent at the moment, which are described in detail here. We have WI-FI, kitchen and a washing machine that you can use. We are located near the city center (7 minutes walk from the city center) center. The beach and Municipal Market are about 10 minutes by car / taxi and 25 minutes by bus. To get to the stadium carrying a little more, probably like a 20 minute drive. There is also a shopping center near. When I am available, I can give you a ride to your destination or pick you up at the airport / bus station in exchange for small fee (just pay for gasoline). I used to work for a travel agency, so if you need some advice about interesting things to do, I'll be happy to help you with this.Please send message to me if you have any questions or the total area of the house is 500 m². The house has, washing machine, Wireless Internet, Full Kitchen, Local Insurance, Garage car space with barbecue, Well located near shopping center, shopping mall, supermarket, banks, restaurants, Easy access to city bus and around the bus terminal to more distant beaches Jericoacoara, Canoa Quebrada and others. About the Area
My house is located in a quiet neighborhood of various faculties, is close to the popular shopping center, Shopingg Center, Banks, Markets, a popular shopping center walking 7 blocks access, close to the airport 15 minutes by car and near the terminal 10 minutes bus, car or taxi access is near the airport 20 minutes drive or taxi access. My street is quiet my neighbors are elderly most.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
