We are located approximately 20 minutes from Confins International Airport, 40 km from Belo Horizonte and approximately 40 km from the "Serra do Cipo" which is the region with beautiful waterfalls and do Cipo National Park. Big house of one floor of approximately 500 m2. 4 suites and two separate house, 2 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside the house and outside the house. Our house has several rooms, two large rooms with fireplace, dining room, large kitchen fully structured. BBQ area and leisure pool with 12 mx 6 m.Campo lawn for sports (football, volleyball, etc). Extensive orchard with many fruit trees and other providing excellent environment. We also have an organic garden Several gardens adorn our house. It's really a very nice farm.
We are married 20 years ago and have three adult children. In this house we live me and my wife.

Here is the first free beer for our guests ... It has English translators. If necessary also has Spanish and German (call ahead)

Our house is located 5 minutes from the center of Lagoa Santa, 20 minutes from Tancredo Neves International Airport (Confins), 40 km from Belo Horizonte, 40 km from the Serra do Cipo (National Park Vine with numerous waterfalls belonging to the script " Royal Road "), 5 minutes from Lapinha Cave (archaeological site super famous and visited - Dr. Lund).

House Rules
Smoking inside the house is not allowed. There is a covered area on the outside where smoking is permitted. Pets are not allowed inside the house, but we have vast accommodation for them in the outside area of the house. Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean it after using it! Do not invite strangers to come into our home; if you want to invite a friend, combine before me Enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would treat your own home!

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
