House within the center, the city of Lauro de Freitas, a few minutes from Salvador. My family consists of mother, father and siblings; common room with fan, closet, large and high bunk, now on the garden window; the house offers garden and living room, as the outside area has a swimming pool, soccer field, party room, game room, park, square, pub, grocery store, parking and 24 hour security; the family is interested in receiving guests in our house. Just one person who speaks basic English and Spanish

About the Area
Our house is located in the northern area in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are 3 km from the city center only 15 minutes by car and 25 min by bus to the airport. There is a bus stop just 2 minutes walk from home and there are many bus options that stop at this point. Near Home we have pubs, concert halls, shopping malls, beaches and beauty salon.

House Rules
Guests can receive visitors in the living room, in the garden and in the outer area of the condominium; You can not smoke inside the house, each guest has to wash their personal clothing, without restriction of arrival but must notify you can not use drugs, is not allowing men inside the room.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
