Niterói's noble residential district (RJ), located between the sea, the lagoon and the mountain range, with access to several beaches of the Oceanic Region (Itacoatiara, Camboinhas, Itaipu) calm streets, surrounded by vegetation of the Atlantic Forest. Access to the Serra da Tiririca State Park (World Biosphere Reserve), City Park (Morro da Viração), which has ramp for Paragliding jumps and hang gliding. The neighborhood is served by complete infrastructure (pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets, snack bars, restaurants, buses to different regions etc). Its beauty, tranquility and exuberant nature serve as habitat for several species of Brazilian flora and fauna. It is common to come across owls, birds and marmosets jumping on the branches of the trees.

Loft 45 m² in front of the beach of Piratininga, mounted with tv, wi-fi, safe, full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, micro waves,
sandwich maker, double bed + sofa bed, there is the possibility of adding another single mattress, and the door can be up to 4 people with some comfort. Walks on the boardwalk, near the best beaches in the ocean (Itacoatiara, Camboinhas and Itaipu), Serra da Tiririca, bars and restaurants. For couples on vacation, great to rest with 1 parking space in the noble residential neighborhood of Niterói (RJ), located between the sea, the lagoon and the mountains, with access to several beaches of the Oceanic Region (Itacoatiara, Camboinhas, Itaipu) streets calm, surrounded by vegetation of the Atlantic Forest. Please turn off the air conditioning, room lights and TV when leaving, It is prohibited to receive visits from people who are not part of the reservation, unless communicated and authorized in advance, RESPECT, EDUCATION, CLEANLINESS; information: to speed up your check-in we need you to send us via WHATSAPP a document with a photo of you and your companion (IDENTITY, CNH, PASSPORT) this is essential for security reasons.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
