It is a house that is 300 MT from the bus station and 500 MT from the historical center, we are 300 MT from supermarkets and banks
We are on a quiet street where everyone leaves the cars on the street.
We have double room with shared bathroom and room with 8 beds with shared bathroom
In the house we have shared kitchen with utensils, stove and gas and laundry
We speak Portuguese and understand Spanish.
We inform that for the period from 01/12/16 to 27/12/16 due to the start of the season the daily rates will increase by 25% and from 02/01/17 to 01/31/17 and at event dates will have 35 % Increase

Ze is really nice, but i guess it should be said that it is not a homestay, it is more like a guest house. The neighborhood is not very attractive!

Excelente! O Seu Zé é uma pessoa super simpática, sempre atenta e prestativa. A casa fica à 10 minutos a pé do centro histórico de Paraty e da praia. O local parece ser bem seguro. A estrutura do quarto e do banheiro não tenho do que me queixar, passei a viagem com muito conforto. Recomendo.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
