I live in this cozy house in a residential village in this district have a choice of bars, restaurants, concert halls, football states and a distance of 30 minutes from the beach of Barra da Tijuca. The house is comfortable with barbecue, big shower and small pool of 8000L in collective area. 1 car garage. There are two floors where the rooms and the shower are upstairs. Down a toilet, living room, kitchen, and laundry area with tank and water hose. There is a small garden in front of the house and some plants in service public areas, because I love nature. Whenever I'm participating in hiking and know several groups that meet to walk. I worked seven years with the Federal Conservation Units where a well-known worldwide Tijuca.O the Rio de Janeiro National Park is full of great surprises, the weather is hot, we have beach, mountains, urban life and the integrated nature. I'm carioca but have lived in other states of Brazil always work. I love getting people, make new friends and show our welcoming city. Come stay and have a great experience. I await you! Hugs

I love animals but there is no suitable place for them, do not accept host animals;
The house is family and neighbors are respectful and should be consistent behavior. My preference is for family rental;

Another important point, the air conditioner. Each room has an air conditioner and its consumption should be done in a sustainable manner. Remember this is a house that has an average power consumption per month. Think of it like in your home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
