Confortable and calm room in the best and safe point in Copacabana's beach with air conditioning, fast WIFI, flat TV 43 'with NET câble 100 channels, all linnen and Howells are furnished and we have a maid once a week. I live with my adult son on a confortable appartement 130m2 with 4 bedroons, dinning room, spacious kitchen, 3 bathroons, in the beautiful Copacabana beach in Rio de Janeiro. My appartement is located 250m far from the beach with a lot of commodities, like restaurants, pharmacies, magasins, cinemas, theaters, metro station, banks and life night. Also we have Building's security 24h / 7 days and surveillance cameras.
Additional Info
We are very close Ipanema and Leblon 'beaches.Aldo Corcovado and Pao Acucar.We have too restaurants and supermarckets aside. I can speak Inglês, french, italian, spanish and russe.

Our flat is located on a tranquil street and safety on the heart Copacabana quarter.We are 20 mnt by car from the International Airport, 15 mnt from downtown by metro or bus and 20 mnt from Maracana stadium by metro. We are aside the bus station and metro Cantagalo.

House Rules
We realy like animals, but we do not Consider a flat adequated is them..So, no animals are allowed with us. We live on a building with rules and- When arrive from the beach you have to entrer using the garage door and wash feet before yours take the lift. The refrigerator and microwave are disponible. Ours neigbours are ours friends, so pay attention with the noise between 22h and 8h.
