The fit is cozy, quiet and has a small balcony with a hammock. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Wi-fi, cable TV and air conditioning in rooms.
The Humaita neighborhood has varied stores and many restaurants and bars located in the "Botafogo Cobal" and nearby. Is located in Rio de Janeiro south zone, 10 minutes from Made of Rodrigues Lagoa (one of the main recreational areas of Rio's south zone, with bike path) and 5 minutes from the Rebouças Tunnel, which leads to Maracanã.
Close to 2 bicycle rental points with which it goes through Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas of Ipanema Beach. Also has direct bus to main turisitcos points: Ipanema Beach, Christ the Redeemer, Botanical Garden, Laje Park, Museum of Modern Art - Flamengo Park, Maracanã.
The fit is all available to guests except room and maid's bathroom. The owner will not be present at the property during the stay

About the Area
Rio is located in the southern area, in a quiet street, 10 minutes' walk from Lagoa Rodrigues de Made (one of the main recreational areas of the southern Rio area, with bike lane) and 5 minutes from the Tunnel Rebolledo, leading to the Maracanã. Region with plenty of restaurants in Cobal Botafogo (5 minute walk) and surrounding areas. Public transportation to the city váriospontos.

You may not smokers or pets. As throughout the city of Rio de Janero the law of silence prevails from 22 hours. The lights and windows should be closed when the host leave the apartment.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
