Us Texans hosts, we work with tourism and hospitality. We are specialists in tourism charm. How passionate locals around town, we opened the doors our home for visitors seeking accommodation with comfort, safety, differentiated services and all that needed to have a memorable stay support. Our house is located between the neighborhoods of Leblon and São Conrado, in prime area in the city. In particular condominium, between sea and mountain, our stunning sea view is a show piece. In our infrastructure, our guests are at your disposal all common to a residential home such as air conditioning, closets, smart TV with many channels, DVD, Blue Ray, CD and DVD player, radio, stove, refrigerator, microwave items , kitchen appliances, bedding, bath and table, bath amenites and other items needed to make them feel at home.Our clients have at their disposal, panoramic terrace sea, islands and native rainforest view, relaxation area and air bath livre.Lounge with hammocks. Full kitchen. Living room. Full bathroom. Suite bed or beds in shared rooms. We are 5 minutes from Leblon and Ipanema and Copacabana 10 minutes, close to everything the city offers so much more special for the day as night. Attractions, beaches, history, gastronomy, sport, cultural, shopping, ecological, and romantic style of living in Rio. We offer breakfast. We perform daily cleaning at no additional cost. We follow each customer in their expectations by treating each booking exclusive and personalized way. The business or pleasure, count on our support during their stay. Our house is located between the neighborhoods of Leblon and São Conrado, in prime area of the city. We are near the best leisure and entertainment, both for day and for night. It is a safe area and easy access to any point in the city. You can easily arrive or depart by bus or taxi. Stay on a postcard!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
