My name is Luciana, I am a lawyer in the city of Rio de Janeiro, I live with my husband Michel, Erna my mother, my two sisters (Kalissa and Elika), my nephew, Enzo 7 years and our dog Dexter.
We live in the Santa Teresa neighborhood in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro, a bucolic, family and wooded neighborhood in quiet street with policing side of our house.
Our residence is located on a property where we built a beautiful suite to lovingly receive our guests. It has a huge window with a beautiful view of several city sights, such as the Maracana and many other beautiful places.
My mother is a Capixaba, a city well in the state of Espirito Santo, who married a carioca and soon built up years of our residence. My father passed away 3 years ago (2010).
We are very united, happy and love receiving guests in our house. When they are accompanied by children, we love even more.
My mother takes care of Espirito Santo delights for breakfast, as there brought coffee, roasted and ground at the time. A unique experience !!! Also homemade and warm bread made especially for our visitors. An unforgettable experience !!! Come meet us !!!

About the Area
Our house is located in the south of Rio de Janeiro, in a quiet and safe area called Santa Teresa, a neighborhood with a beautiful story. Has a unique location, high on a ridge between the South and the Downtown River areas, which promotes a privileged view of these areas. So with neighboring districts Catete and Glory, is known by the historic buildings of the nineteenth century, and elegant mansions built until the 40s But the main difference is the neighborhood that he was the last city to make use of small light vehicles under rails, called trams circulating through its streets. We do not allow cigarettes and any drugs. Our kitchen is free to use, just let it clean after using it. In and out anytime you want, just lock the doors properly. Enjoy your stay as if they were in their homes.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
