About the Area
This apartment is located in the best areas of the city, in the south, near the beach of Copacabana, a metro court, 10 minutes from the lagoon .This apartment is in the best location to look year-end fireworks in the front of the apartment. Is a ten minute walk from Ipanema Beach, Lagoa Rodrigues de Freitas, and Copacabana Fort. The Sugar Loaf, Botanical Gardens, Parque Lage, Rio Sul Shopping Mall, are within 10km of the apartment and has transport access to a block of apartments throughout the city 24 hours. To visit Corcovado, City Centre, Cathedral, Lapa and the city's Sambadrome Samba you can use the subway which is three blocks from the apartment. - Carnival and New Year there is a package of 7 days or less. Shuttle in and hand out airport to the apartment (prices and availability on request). Ideal for 1, 2 people, 3.4 or even 5 people a room with a queen bed and a bunk box beds for 2 people, and another room with double bed for 2 people. Excellent accommodation with all comfort and a privelegiada location for your stay in the city.

The rotation of the washing machine is always clockwise.
Turn off the light and air before leaving, avoiding the extra charge of R $ 0.98 per extra kilo. There is a meter in the apartment to control.
Wash your feet at the back porch of the building when you return from the beach before entering the building, as there is a fine charge for messing up the common parts of the sand condo.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
