I live in an apartment in a building of three quarters of the 60s modernist architecture, is located in Santa Teresa neighborhood is a neighborhood with preserved old buildings of various selected periods is large and bright apartment overlooking the green, the district is 15 minutes from the city center and 30 from the southern zone where are the beaches, in recent years the neighborhood was becoming a tourist area with bars, restaurants, shops, cinema, museums, tours etc. Transport at the door, and is in the cumin for Corcovado.Gosto general art, classical music, opera, dance, repairs, movies etc. Art I also like to cook and entertain friends.

About the Area
The apartment has 120m2 this located 15minutes from the city center in the Santa Teresa district, the district is famous for its ancient architecture preserved, and is the only neighborhood in the city that still relies on the tram as public transport, currently in refurbishment .The bus stop is in front of the building.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
