We are one of the biggest family in the world and I have been working here since 2004 doing exchanging as a host. The apartment is very well located at 800 meters from the best beach in Rio de Janeiro. Total infrastructure and close to the best malls, offices and supermarkets. The values here reported and other information are subject to change without notice. The guest the property usage profile will determine everything. Need to be anticipated, personal and non-transferable!

We are a big world family! I am a member of her as a Host in Barra da Tijuca since 2004! Exchanging tourists, students or professionals from large companies or multinationals.
Our home is the inviolable place to rest and recharge.
All rooms or suites have air conditioning, portable fan and the apartment is very well ventilated. Safe environment with porters and cameras 24h, harmonious and quiet, ten minutes walk from the beach at post 5 Barra da Tijuca, near major shopping malls, colleges, supermarkets, large companies, business centers, subway stations, bus stops and taxi .
Between the bridge Lúcio Costa that connects to the beach and av. Americas, the main access road to neighboring neighborhoods.

Buy your own softner, detergent for laundry and I do by myself for you
Keep everything clean, we dont have employees.
Preferberly no smokers! Or go outside, downstairs on the street...Never inside the condo.
If you how, can cooking your meal but buy all at supermarket and I can do it very well for you as your laudry too. Long term I give private luxury bus transport.
Smoking is not allowed.

Alexandre is a good man with a great heart. He cooks you breakfast, helps you with the local areas and tells you where to go, and generally cares about your wellbeing while there. He's a great man and a caring host, you'd be lucky to stay with him!
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
