This room has 11 or 16 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 3-6 people.
An apartment of 75m² with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, balcony, kitchen and service area.
(We can talk about accommodate more. We also have another room that accommodates up to 5 people comfortably.)
It has parking. Location with all brand new (including linens and bath). quiet and safe neighborhood.
Please contact before, to tell your needs (eg clean up the room, providing what the guest needs).
Near all trade (gyms, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, banks and even the notary). Shopping Malls - Carioca and Via Brazil, among others.
Whatever it takes, I will indicate, because there is around.
public transport to all parts of Rio de Janeiro, and all tourist and natural spots, including beaches. They work all night. Indication of where to go and how to go.

Payment: Made by bank deposit one month before the scheduled arrival. Reservations will only be accepted if the deposits are made on time or if it is changed by some other prior agreement.

House Rules
Good education is to be expected of all;
- It is not allowed, mess and noise, it is building.
- Not bring visits (which is not scheduled before).
- Do not use any kind of beverages and drugs.
_ Do not disturb neighbors
- Being residential building and not get concierge service, it should be at any time, call the intercom before entering the building. (The building is not my home is a cndomínio)
- Respect everyone.
- After bathing put the towel to dry the laundry area and store after dry. Never get used towel after bathing to the room.
- Do not bring food into the room (if necessary, in the kitchen, service area or balcony)
- Keep all your belongings in the room.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
