For those who want quiet, peace, tranquility and contact with nature, in the west of the city, not far from Christ and Sugarloaf Mountain, 40 minutes from the beach. We live in a Terrreo apartment. At COnominio we have a club with swimming pool, sauna, games room, sports courts. tennis court .
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with netflix access, we have wifi, large kitchen, balcony and backyard. Closed set with access to the ideal party room for barbecue. My wife is a Venezuelan chef and loves to cook typical dishes from all over the world for her guests. We do not have pets. We are full of joy and enthusiasm to welcome you.

About the Area
Our house is located in the west of the city in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are 45 km from the city center and 50 minutes from the airport. There is a bus stop just 2 minutes walk from home, and 15 minutes from home by bus until the bus station and train station. Close to shops and cinemas in the center of the neighborhood has many clothing stores, home appliances, perfumes, as well as drug stores, cafes, bars and wide gastronomic restaurants. Also it has many cultural exhibitions.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
