Family house with 03 people - Roger, his wife and their lovely daughter - in metropolitan area of Curitiba, south Brazil. We love cooking, watching movies, playing cards, outdoors activities, traveling and meeting new people. That's why we welcome visitors from any part of the world to stay with us whenever they need.
Roger is a Portuguese and English Tutor, who has traveled and lived abroad. He is 45 years old (2016) and loves receiving guests for a Barbecue. He is currently having guitar classes. Christiane is a pastry home cook, 40 years old, who loves cooking, of course. They have one lovely happy daughter.
They live in a specious double-floor house surrounded by many convenience facilities, such as: supermarket, drugstore, bakery, butchery, grocery store, restaurants, bars, park, and hospitals. They have one spare double room that can host 01 or 02 persons (if 02, must be a couple) + 01 child. There is a comfortable tv room, sitting/reading room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 02 bathrooms, and a barbecue place, of course.
Their house is in São José dos Pinhais city, 15 minutes from the airport and just 30 minutes from Curitiba (the capital of Parana state). The nearest beach is 50 minutes away, and the house is located close to all city exits, in all directions. There is also a bus stop, that takes to downtown, right in front of their house.
Airport transfer is provided for an extra fee.

House Rules
First, and most important rule is to respect my house and my family (specially my daughter) as if it was your own.
We are non-smokers, but guests are welcome to smoke outside.
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and have barbecues as they wish. But, remember to wash and clean everything you use.
Before inventing anyone over, we must be asked.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
